SANI LODGE BACKPACKERS DOES NOT HAVE A 24 HOUR RECEPTION. RECEPTION OPENING HOURS ARE 7AM TO 9PM. GUESTS PLANNING TO ARRIVE LATER THAN 9PM, WILL NEED TO MAKE SPECIAL PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS.

Yoga is not a religion. Nor is it a cult. It is a timeless pragmatic science evolved over thousands of years. A discipline which improves the resilience and well-being of the body, mind and soul.

The exercises in yoga strengthen muscles, increase range of motion and mobility in joints and improve balance. The raised body temperature from these exercises enhances immune function which coupled with stillness of the mind from focused concentration leads to a healthier state of being and improved quality of life overall.

Simone , the co-owner of Sani Lodge is a qualified Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher and Mindfulness practitioner. Join her for a 45 min class at the end of the day catering for beginners and intermediate levels. Mats are provided. Yoga is fun!
